Megan brings a warm, practical approach to exercise physiology, focusing on building trust and helping clients feel comfortable and capable. She takes the time to really understand each person’s goals, health history and day-to-day routine, so she can create realistic and effective exercise plans. Megan enjoys supporting people to build strength, manage pain and move better- whether that’s returning to the gym, walking the dog or simply feeling more confident in everyday life.

- osteoarthritis, tendons
