Exercise physiology in Malvern

Services Offered

Summit Health Group’s Malvern clinic provides accredited exercise physiology for adults over 60. We work with clients managing osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, Parkinson’s disease, falls risk, chronic conditions, and post-surgical recovery — delivering ongoing weekly programs designed for long-term strength, balance, and independence.

This is not a short course. Our clients attend weekly because consistent, progressive exercise produces better outcomes over time. The more we understand your body, your goals, and your history, the better we can support you.

What to expect from your first visit

Your first session is an assessment. We take time to understand your medical history, your goals, and what you want your life to look like in 12 months. From there, we design a program specific to you — not a generic plan, not a short course.

Sessions run one-to-one or in small supervised groups. Most of our clients attend weekly. Over time, we track your progress, adjust your program, and keep you moving forward.

Why ongoing weekly sessions produce better results

A single block of sessions won’t change your long-term health. What changes it is consistency — a weekly relationship with an exercise physiologist who knows your body, tracks your progress, and adjusts your program as your capacity grows.

Our clients don’t just feel better in the short term. They build strength, reduce falls risk, manage their conditions more confidently, and maintain independence for longer. That’s what weekly, ongoing exercise physiology produces.
